building a custom pc from monarchcomputer?

was it monarchcomputer.com that builds custom computers for you and than ship it to your house? if so, should i do this (select all the parts i want, and than make them build it for me)? is the price good/fair? thanks for reading.
 
yeah there very good company, before they even shipped it to you, they'll test it to make sure it running properly.
 
I suggest you check out there forums before you make a decision.
Personally, I would buy parts from them, but I would never let them assemble a system.
