Building a budget HTPC, need input

Thinking of getting a socket 754 board and a sempron to build an HTPC with. Not sure what OS is going on there, probably some flavour of linux and mythTV or some combo similar.
Anyhow, I'm out of the loop on motherboards and was thinking of the nForce3 .. would prefer onboard video and audio, but want good surround. I know my NF7-s has good audio but not sure about the stuff that's on the market right now.

The caveat is that I want to have onboard RAID as this will also dub as a home fileserver/backup machine.

Any input welcome, thanks.

edit: I guess I'll have to get a video card that does HDTV out .. my TV has component in, are there cards with component or will I have to use some DVI - component break out box or the like?
Will I need go to PCIe ?

A good budget 754 combo is the Sempron 3100 and ECS Nforce 3 combo for 90$ at outpost if its still going on. No Onboard video but usually onboard video only has VGA out anyhow. My ATI X800 AIW has DVI, VGA, Component, S-video, and composite Outputs and S-Video and composite inputs. I'm sure there are other cards out there with Component outputs also.

The BioStar TForce 6100 is a good choice. Get a Sempron 64 2800+ to go along with it and you'll be nicely equipped for around $120.
