you can probably get the corsair cx500 or 600 for cheaper though if you live in the US

with a gtx760 you might be running ~300w @ load

if you don't mind spending a bit more, the seasonic S12II 520/620 is also an option

1: I have the G1 z87...love it!
2. I have two of those...great cards. Maybe 110w max.
3. Great chip if you don't overclock, $20 and you can have a i5-4670k.
4. Not a top-tier psu...you can find top-tier 750's for $129 at the egg.
Silverstone Strider or corsair AX.
5. Great SSD...M500 is on sale now, I would go for that. (maybe a 240Gb)
6. Save some money and get snipers for $40 cheaper.
7. Not Green, no performance at all...try a blue for $20 more.
8. Totally your call...I have a custom loop, but water is the only way to go.
7.

Thanks tweakin you info help. I decided to go with the chip you suggested. Now memory I found this one, is it any good? (Hyper x blue 2x8gb) I saw good reviews on it but you know somtime vendors hype thier own product. Oh I also decided to go with a blue wd harddrive. Its 1tb but for the price you couldnt bet it.
