Hello,

I don't know much about hardware, I was never interested, I only know the basics of the basics...I'm a software person. I learn if it's needed...when it's needed, so I'm sorry for missing something or writing something incorrect.

I would really appreciate it if you would spend some of your time and expertise on helping me. If you are not willing to do it thoroughly like you would do it for yourself, or if you are not completely sure in your skills / experience / knowledge, please don't suggest anything...better to not get help than to get a bad help and spend a lot of money on it (and trust me, this amount of money is a lot for me...I can't afford to waste it, because I need a lot of time and hard work to save this much). Of course, I would like to get the best combination for my budget. PLEASE MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS COMPATIBLE!

I wanted to make it as easy as possible for you, so I went over the most important parts that all relevant computer shops here sell, made a few lists of those parts, with basic information about each part (I chose an upper price limit for each category), compared prices between shops and chose the best price for each part. I didn't make a list for each category, because there are just way too many options to list for some parts like RAM, cases, PSU etc. or there isn't much difference between parts or impact of a category on the system to justify the time required for a list creation. Excel lists for GPU, CPU, SSD and Motherboard are attached. Links to computer shop pages for other categories that weren't processed by me are below.

Google drive links to Excel lists for GPU, CPU, SSD and Motherboard are below, together with links to a computer shop pages (that I will be shopping in) for other categories that weren't processed by me..

Do I need additional cooling? If yes, here is the page for coolers:

Budget: 80.000 RSD

-------
So, here is the idea of my system:

1. Windows version to be used: Windows 10 64bit. I have it already.

2. PC will be used for:

- Gaming (single and multiplayer, hosting 2 -3 player multiplayer sessions). Game examples:

- Europa Universalis series
- City Car Driving
- Euro Truck Simulator 2
- Fallout New Vegas, Fallout 4...
- Mount & Blade Bannerlord
- Witcher series
- GTA series
- Player Unknown's Battlegrounds
- Civilization series
- Anything else I can imagine, there are so many games that I want to try...so guess that some of those games will require strong PC

- Web (watching YouTube videos in 1080p and watching Twitch streams are the heaviest load I can think of...having around 10 YouTube tabs open at the same time should be possible)

- Some Microsoft Office work

- Watching 1080p movies/series

- Some light video editing (cutting and merging videos in order to create a longer video for YouTube, length of ~10-15 min)

3. Graphics quality is not important, I'm fine with medium settings with advanced settings turned off. I've never had a fast PC, so my game choice was limited to Fallout 1-3, Mount & Blade Warband, Counter Strike, Warcraft III and similar hardware friendly games. Anything heavier was limited to 1024x768 or 1280x800 resolution at best with everything set to minimum and I didn't mind it one bit. Two things I care about are monitor utilization (1680x1050 resolution) and smooth animation. 60 FPS is the goal if it's possible to achieve it with this budget. Of course, if I can reach better graphcs quality with this budget, don't hold yourself. Maybe I will buy 1920x1080 monitor some time in the future, but not any time time soon (unless this one dies...it's more than 10 years old).

4. I don't think I will be overclocking. I've read somewhere that it voids warranty (and I plan to use 3 years per part to the fullest), and I know that it can damage the system or shorten it's life, that it requires additional cooling...also I don't have any time to invest into learning new things.

5. It should be able to handle as many years of new games as possible before requiring a major upgrade.

6. It should be upgradable, so I don't have to change the whole system any time soon.

7. I had problems with my headset - strong buzzing - electrical interference, which made voice communication impossible. I've read that bad computer case was a possible cause. So it's important to provide quality voice chat - for multiplayer purposes.

8. System needs to be stable and properly cooled, and have a stable, reliable power supply. PC will be used for around 8 hours a day, will be kept in a moderately dusty room and it's insides won't be cleaned often. Are there cases with dust filters or something?

9. SSD is a mandatory part. 250 GB SDD + 500 GB HDD will be more than enough.

10. USB 3.0 / 3.1 is mandatory, I guess.

11. I won't be using two graphics card or anything fancy like connecting TV to PC (don't own one), liquid cooling, led lighting etc...

12. 16 GB RAM (2x8?)

13. Using few applications at the same time is a regular thing for me, for example playing a game with sound turned off while listening to a Twitch stream.

14. I have a monitor, an USB mouse, a P/S2 keyboard, 2.1 sound system (I will never buy more than 2.1), a headset, another PC that shares internet with this one via ethernet cable, 2 USB game pads.

15. APU's are not an option.

16. Build should contain a PC case. Doesn't matter how it looks, just make sure that system will fit inside the case, that it offers enough space, perhaps cable management, good cooling, enough slots for SSD, HDD, DVD, USB, AUDIO, MICROPHONE...

17. DVD reader + burner doesn't have to be bought right now, as most of my content is digital. System can be installed from USB...

18. Only 1 monitor.

19. No manufacturer preference. I care only about quality and reliability.

I hope this was of help to you. I'm available for any additional information.

Ryzen 1600x seems like the best cpu for the price - 18990
Cooler antec a30 - 1490
Mobo i'd go with the gigabyte ab350m - 7879
Gpu rx570 pulse - 19990
psu 650w corsair vs - 8490
ram either the samsung 2133 cas15 1x16gb - 10990 or the gskill 2133 cas15 2x8gb - 11990
adata su650 240gb -3990
1tb western digital blue - 4790

that comes to 76609 or 77609

this doesn't leave much room for a case, though.
for the case i would go with the MS Industrial Stone since it has a 5.25" bay, and usb 3.0 slot and the ports are close to the top of the case. 2290
otherwise there's also the MS Industrial Fighter which puts the ports below the 5.25/optical drive bay. 1750
I don't know how many fans the Fighter comes with, so you might want to buy some fans for it.

if you plan on upgrading to 32gb ram I'd go with the 1x16gb. If you aren't then get the 2x8gb kit for dual channel.

total cost ~ 77359 to 79899

Note: you might want to spend some money on a USB DAC for your headphones.

You can buy dust filters to put over the case openings. Some people just use cheesecloth.

Edit: 1600x doesn't come with cooler.

Thanks! Do I need 650W PSU? If I used power calculator correctly, 500W should be sufficient?

500W only if you go with an 80Plus Gold PSU. Even then, I wouldn't go lower than 600W, to be honest. I built a couple of Ryzen R5 1600 rigs, and I used 600W Gold Rosewill PSUs, and they ran pretty hot even then. You're going to want some room for upgrading to a higher-wattage AM4 CPU (Rumored Ryzen 3000-series CPUs will include a 16C/32T for AM4, using two "chiplets" and an I/O die, under the heat-spreader. Could be as much as 180W.)

500w could work since no overclocking will be done, but I couldn't find any better options in your price range. The corsair VS isn't great but if you want higher quality either sacrifices in cpu/gpu would need to be made or you would need to delay the purchase of an hdd which would greatly limit how many games you could install.

All of the nicer psus start over 10k, like the corsair cx550

Thank you everyone. I can go a bit over the budget (let's say 85.000 or 90.000) if needed to get a better value for the money. Don't like sacrifices :) What would you add/change?

Also, what do you think about:
Ryzen 5 2600 vs Ryzen 1600X and
ASRock - B450M-HDV or some other B450M vs Gigabyte AB350M that you suggested?

I didn't have a lot of time for research, but 2600 comes with a cooler, right? Now I don't know if stock is enough...

The 2600 is around 5% to 10% faster than a 1600X (both at stock)
I don't think it will make much difference which B450 board you use.
The stock cooler on the 2600 is good for running with a mild OC afaik.

and how about B450M vs AB350M ?

and what can I change / add if I increase my budget from 80k to 85k or 90k ? Better PSU and case, but which ones?

B450M supports the 2600 without a bios update whereas the B350 boards don't (or may not)

If you are asking me whats the best place to spend extra money on a gaming pc then I would answer a better graphics card. If you want to spend more change the rx 570 for an rx 580.
