Build help - based on jchu14's recommended build

The build I refer to is in this thread, posted by jchu14 (not the OP).

I am trying to match it but combos have changed.
I found the same CPU + PSU combo:

But no luck with the others. Can anyone (including jchu14) advise
how to approach this? Only difference is 1GB GTX460 instead of 768MB
(unless it can't be done under $700).

Total $740

Not as good as jchu's build unfortunately, but you are basically just paying for the extra price of the 1GB GTX 460. If you want to drop down to a lesser mobo, this combo is pretty good.

The person that will use this PC will not overclock (at least not now, and if he does in the future, it will be mild....if at all). That said, what is the advantage of the more expensive mobo?
