I have a ~$600 budget. This will be for general use, light gaming and video transcoding. I want this build to be a bit quieter and I'm willing to splurge a little. If you want to replace some parts, feel free but I think I'm sticking with the case. The $0 parts below are the ones that'll be reusing.

A 7770 is only going to be suitable for very light gaming (indie platformers, MOBAs, etc.). If that's what you're interested in, then that's totally fine but I thought I would point it out.

Since you've got a K-series CPU and an aftermarket cooler, I'm going to assume that you will be overclocking. In that case, you will need a Z97 motherboard like the ASRock Z97M Pro4 for $75 AR.

Yea, I'll upgrade the gpu once it gets cheaper; the good ones are just too expensive right now. And that motherboard looks great, thanks.

Great motherboard recommendation by mfenn. I use the exact same board but the ATX version. It's fantastic for the price. And the onboard Intel LAN is great.

Another vote for that board! :)
