It would be quiet and eliminate the smog. You would probably need like a small nuclear reactor to run the thing, but that would be payed for by taxes. Clean air for all.

That's why the latest ionic breezes have ozone guard! I've always wondered, because I have never been worried about the amount of ozone I'm breathing in until I saw those ionic breeze commercials. Well, the skyskraper would just have to have ozone guard then. No reason this couldn't work.

i have 2 of them. they work. if it doesn't work like many on the intraweb says, then it must be creating those dust and sticking them onto those blades out of nowhere, in which case ,that'd be awesome as well
