Short answer is yes. You'd be surprised by the amount of people who spend money they dont have. Consumer debt is quite high and has been for decades. CC and other forms of debt cards are easy to get and anyone with no money or even in deep debt can get them fairly easy. Its a vicious cycle many people cant get out of or fail to even try.

The OP, and any others that are thinking of what he is doing, need to learn responsibility and self discipline. PC gaming is fun but its not a necessity in life. Its a nicety and people need to learn to deal with necessities first and niceties last.
