What car website would give a good judge of the price a dealer would give? I've tried
autobytel.com & cars.com, but either they have me fill out the things I want and then before I get a price direct me to a dealer to contact, or they give me the msrp price which is sometimes several thousands more than a dealer would charge. Is there any place I can get a legit price for a new car on the web?

P.S. sorry if this is a repost, but couldn't find a thread like this in the search.

http://www.edmunds.com

Or use http://www.carsdirect.com and see if you can use the price they give you to negotiate a deal with a dealer.

If you have a Costco membership, you can get good deals on cars through participating dealers. It's worth the $45 membership fee if you can save a few hundred more on a new car.
