having other thoughts, i wasn thinking of trying the following combinations under budget....
E6300
asus p5b non deluxe(non SLI supported)
corsair 2GB 6400C4
eVGA 7600GT
asus p5wd2 premium(non SLI supported)
pentium d945 3.4 g.hz
kingston ddr2 667 2GB(2x1GB)
and any 7600GT
if more appropriate SLI compatible MOBO could be considered, and its hard to find a good compatible RAM with the first choice!!!!(above)
the com is supposed to be used for 3D max studio, photoshop cs2, and many software, so and i heard that Nvidia is better at office work and Ati is better at gaming. and i am targetting at only 1 PCIE GPU card, cos the SLI and CF thingy makes me confuse!!!
anyway, if the SLI is cheaper or worth buying then then single GPU, then i might consider....for the past few days reading the BIOS problem having it on the C2D(core 2 duo) machine and the problems of selecting 1 good pair of SLI GPU cards is troublesome.
could i use a single SLI GPU on a MOBO without the second one.?will the com still work?............i willbe saving money on the second SLI GPU.
