Hello,
Long time I've been away from this forum but I consider this the go-to place for opinions and respect all of your input. So with that said.
As you can see in my sig that my current rig is still very playable but I can't quite resist the new tech so I am building a $5K system that I am pretty much going after 3x monitor gaming.
The part I am undecided on is whether I will go with 3 G-Sync ASUS RoG Swift PG278Q (when they are in stock again) or 3 1080P.
3x1080 seems more doable vs 3x1440, also going 3 way SLI 980 plus the ASUS pushes the budget, I would go well over $5K to even drive the GPU horsepower along with the monitors being around $850 each.
So I'm leaning towards 3x 1080P G-Sync monitors and SLI 980s.
Any suggestions?
H/W Tentative/Interested in:
NZXT H440 (White/Black) ATX Mid Tower Case (I want to do a real custom watercooling setup vs. the closed loops like Corsair etc.)
(2) GTX980, probably wait for the hydro versions or Classified.
