I suck at diagnosing electrical problems. Guess I will get a wiring diagram and start there though it probably won't make sense to me.
Think of this as an opportunity to learn. The factory manual I linked to will have a page or pages on both the blower circuits and the cruise control circuits. But start at the beginning of the manual and read. It will explain what the symbols and nomenclatures mean. It will have sample circuits and how to check those circuits. It will show simple ways to check those circuits.
In the back there will be diagrams of locations of connectors, splices, switches, relays and such. These will be referenced on pages for various circuits so if you need to know where something is located, it will tell you what page and which illustration to look at.
You've got an intermittent problem that is not of an emergency nature. You have the time to broaden your horizons.
If it's going to be mission impossible for you that's OK. Take it somewhere. Other people need to feed their families too.
