Bug with nVidia NTune and GPU fan setting for GPU1...

I have a system with two 8800 GTX's. There's a lot of heat, and when the computer is on a while things start to hang. My GPUs were running about 58C, so I downloaded nTune and cranked up the fan speed to 100%. The temp on GPU0 went down to 53C pretty quick, but it appears that nTune is not able to adjust the fan speed on GPU 1 - no matter what I set it to, when I click 'Apply', the speed on GPU 1 doesn't change, and the temp doesn't go down. When I do click 'apply', nTune automatically switches back to GPU0 in the drop-down menu, and when I switch back to GPU1, it just displays whatever the setting I had for GPU0 (same fan speed and temperature). As soon as I adjust the slide bar, the temperature display switches from 53C to 58C.

Anybody know how I can get the fan settings for GPU1 to stick?

Also noticed that if I switch to GPU1 from GPU0, and uncheck and then recheck the 'Show degrees in Celcius' box (so I'm not touching the slide bar at all) it switches from 99% / 53 C (the GPU0 readout) to 59% / 58 C, and 59% is the maximum value (the scroll bar is all the way over to the right).
