I have officially discovered a bug between Kensington Mouseworks 5.61 and XP. If you have a Kensington mouse with a scroll wheel and you switch users in XP (not log out), you lose mouse wheel functionality until you reboot. Logging out instead of switching circumvents the problem. Below is the e-mail I received from Kensington.

You have indeed, found a bug in our MouseWorks 5.61 software. I have duplicated this bug and have forwarded it onto our Software Development and QA teams.
This should be fixed in our next release, minor or major, of MouseWorks for the PC.
