If you click on file download link (through http) save file dialog pops up. Now if you click save, file name dialog pops up. If you click cancel in this dialog the entire save process is cancelled. However, IE never kills the file d/l connection it opened to the webserver, so the server thinks IE is still download the file. This really pisses me off from the enterprise web-developer standpoint.
