Buffalo Tech RAM for OC

Hey,

Does anyone know if Buffalo Technology PC3700 RAM is as good as Corsair or XMS equivalent, for overclocking? Because its only $104 for 512 meg at newegg.

Thanks in advance for your advice!

From what I've read and heard, Buffalo Ram uses same Winbond ram as Corsair and is just as good. But unlike Corsair, I don't think Buffalo uses ram sink. I've heard great things about Buffalo and their prices are great too. I'll probably pick some up for my next system build.

Heatspreaders on RAM are more marketing/looks than anything else. They provide little to no extra cooling for the RAM. Hell, some heatspreaders don't even touch the RAM chips themselves.
