Buffalo Micron PC 3700 Lousy

This memory sucks. I could get it on an Intel board doing 433 only at 3-3-3-7. On a K8V AMD64 board this thing won't do better than 3-4-4-8 even on 400. What a big difference from Winbond modules. It is really hard to understand that Winbond is not making BH-5 any more so we are reduced to Micron and similar crap, or CH-5.

Winbond has NOT begun manufacturing BH-5's again. Silly quote that is untrue. Notice it says "appears." Pure speculation.

According to overclockers forum in Korea, recent releases of Hynix PC3200 is reported to do 500 and above w/o breaking any sweat.
