Budget video cards

Hi guys. Had a question for the computer geniuses. Which one of these budget cards is better: a Radeon 4550 or Zotac 9500GT. I look at the specs but it's hard to tell exactly.

Can you link the exact 2 cards you are looking at. There are different models of those cards with varying performance levels.
 
Both of those cards are yucky. I guess you don't want to play games any newer the Unreal. At least get a $50 8800GT or a $50 HD 4870 if you want to game at all.
