With my first born on its way, I am looking for an economical way to capture motion. I don't want to spend a lot of money on this new toy because I know that I will not use the camcorder that much. Saying this, I know that my options are Mini-DV and maybe even Mini-DVD.
2 questions:
1. Which format has a longer recording time/better picture quality?
2. Which video camera manufacturer would you choose based on durability/picture quality?
