Budget System Video Card?

I'm trying to build a new system as cheap as I can. I'm at the point now where I need to find a good cheap card to put in it. I currently have a CL Geforce SDR in my current comp and I'm debating if I should get another SDR geforce or a Radeon LE.

Price watch shows an SDR for around $65 including shipping.
Neweggs price on a Radeon LE is $78 Free shipping.

suggestions?

I mostly play CS, DOD, etc.

Radeon LE, with a bios flash to a full blow Radeon DDR... this is what i should have done instead of buying an AIW Radeon... oh well, u live u learn
