budget socket 775 mATX that can overclock well?

does such a beast exist? ive been looking at the GIGABYTE GA-G31M-S2L, but im seeing mixed reports on its ability to oc. are there any other boards out there that are cheap and can overclock a e7200 well? i seem to remember a last gen asus that was good, but i cant find one for sale.

The Asus P5K-VM and P5E-VM HDMI both overclock well.

The Gigabyte board should be fine for reasonable overclocks. What you may want to do is to do a BSEL mod to your CPU so that it defaults to a higher speed, then overclock further from there.
