I really like my Asus P5N-E SLI. Not one hiccup (WinXP) on either 0608 (shipping BIOS) or the latest 0703 BIOS. It was 119$ when I got it. There is a large P5N-E thread here so take a gander. As for the Sparkle PSU and 8800GTS's in SLI I would not for peace of mind, BUT it would probably run it. Nvidia recommends ~26A+ on the 12V rail for a midrange SLI config. The combined amps on that Sparkle should be ~29A. Good luck
