Budget S939 Board

Can anyone recommend a budget S939 board, very preferrably an nForce3 chipset. I love the K8N Neo2 Platinum, but $140 is gettin' up there and it would be great if I could shave some $ off the upgrade.
For the long term, I would like a good OCer. Features I don't need much of. Firewire would be nice, but that should be standard. SATA, 3xPCI, don't care about integrated audio.
I just know that for S754 there were some great budget boards that OCed well, didn't know if there were any like that for S939. Thx in advance

Epox EP-9NDA3J or EP-9NDA3+. $100 and $120, respectively. I think only the + has the 1394 you're looking for.

motherboard is one of the most important things, why you want to budget on that? what else you upgrading?

I agree it is the most important, I just don't want to spend $140 if I can avoid it. As I said, I hear there were good sub-$100 boards for S754 and I wondered if the same was for S939.
As far as the upgrade goes, I've already got some 2-2-2 Corsair XMS on the way to swap for my high-latency HyperX PC4000. I also plan on getting a 3200+ 90nm.
In the end I will probly just end up getting the K8N Neo2, but plz if there's a cheaper OC board with respectable features & nF3 chipset, drop me a line! Thx

ts3433 already told you the EP-9NDA3+ is less expensive and overclocks well and is based on the nforce3 chipset. It's featureset is just not as rich as the MSI board.

Read Icepiks post. It's a common misnomer that budget boards per say are inherently worse then the uber boards - many times they simply have less options but can run nearly identical performance wise save a top overclock at times. There are several budget S939 boards that are every bit as good quality wise as the decked out boards, and that's why i got one - runs perfectly (NF3 250 Biostar). Already had a sound card. And it overclocks enough for me. I don't go after top overclocks anymore anyway.
