Budget PC build, what do you think?

okay, so heres the scoop. My current computer is a POS PIII 550mhz. I need to upgrade. Now, I want to try and build myself a new computer to use for a little while. I do no gaming at all, if my computer was capable I might play the occasional game but this is not a priority. I am also building myself a 720p HDTV projector, and so I am planning to retire this computer as a mythTV box in a couple months. Here is what I am thinking:

PIII 3ghz or athlon 64 3200 or better wig generic motherboard
1gb of ram
250gb IDE HD (allready have this)
geforce 5200 AGP (already have this, will probably upgrade to something with a DVI slot though)
any quiet case. looks are not of importance to me. In all honestly, I would rather NOT buy something with a bazillion lights.

When I put mythTV on it it will be used to play 720p video files (all off bittorrent, I don't have an HDTV source). Will it be powerful enough do you think? How much do you think I can build this for?

celeron or sempron
motherboard with integrated dvi, spdif, lan
your own hd
1gb ram
antec solo case (maybe something smaller instead - mATX?)
good powersupply

what specs are really required for playing HDTV back at a reasonable framerate? I have a creative surround sound card as well. SB live! I believe.

shuttle sk21g $150
sempron 3000+ $50
512mb ram $50
geforce fx5500 (for dvi) $55
whatever dvd drive $35
the hdd you already have free

the shuttle comes with the power supply, and it is a very good looking case with the bright lights kept to a minimum. hit up newegg for all that stuff and you will be able to come up for under $400. the shuttle is also very quiet, and with that pc you will be able to play 720p video without a problem.
