Budget P4 MOB please help .

I am looking from going from a P3 to a P4 2.6 and need a new MOB .
I was looking in the price range of $100 maybe a little more ,
The MOB i have been looking at are the MSI 865PE NEO-SL and the ASUS P4PE
any other help would be great . I am not going to overclock the CPU mostly for gaming .

I'm currently using a Abit IS7 (non-G) and am extremely happy with my motherboard selection

If you don't need on-board firewire, get yourself the Abit IS7-E for approx $89.00. It has all the features of the IS7 but non on-board firewire.
 
Monarch computers has the gigabyte 8ip900 for only $72 shipped. It has sata, lan, and overclocking options in the bios, with the Intel 865p chipset.
 
I will be selling my Asus p4pe motherboard as soon as my new Intel Combo comes in, Hopefully soon. PM me if you are interested.
