Budget normal gaming build

Hi there,as the title said i'm going to build a rig for games like HoN,PES,NBA2K,etc.I'm from indonesia and going to buy from my local store.i've create the list using pcpartpicker,of course not all the components are the same but i've adjusted it so the price is around what i wanted.My budget is around 600$,not including mouse,keyboard,and speaker.

Oh and a few questions if you don't mind :
-should i wait until Haswell or Richland out??
-is this processor is better than i3 3220??

Looks OK to me, but can you answer these questions? Especially #4, we'd like to know what exactly is available to you for what price.

What was wrong with the last three threads you made? Sure, prices for individual parts have changed, but the general build should not have shifted much. Are you ever going to actually buy the parts?
