Budget-ish cooler

Well I just built my new pc and im looking to get a new cooler for the CPU as my old Artic cooler 7 no longer fits my mobo 🙁

here are what im concidering:

1. Titan Fenrir Evo
2. Xigmatek DarkKnight
3. Xigmatek Thors Hammer

any other good coolers for around £30 ish i can go a little bit higher.

I'm using a Gigabye GA-X58-USB3 Motherboard, intel i7 930 and a xigmatek midgard so I dont think their should be any issue with the case and the cooler its more the mobo


Also anyone know where to get more of the cool orange glow LED fans that come with the case?

the xigmatek mplex.com as they have a store down the road from me and most places charge a surcharge to post to northern ireland

I think the Dark Knight is a very nice cooler (I used a S1293 which I think is the same thing, and it was probably the best cooler I have ever used).

Another vote for the 212+ Even comes with clips if you want to add an extra fan for push/pull.

the CM hyper 212 seems pretty damn sweet,

Is it worth paying the extra tenner and getting a more expensive heatsink? or for abit of light over clocking around 3.5ghz would the CM be good enough

got a 212 coming tomorrow from the egg. going to try the included TIM, see how that works, then decide if I want to pick up anything better.

I'm doing 3.6 on a Q8300
It also had my E8400 running at 4.2

not worth getting a coolermaster Hyper 212 as its going to cost the exact same to get it deliverd as I could buy a thors hammer for
