Budget HD PCI (or PCIe) cards?

No PCI-E cards yet that I know of...in PCI, there's the DVICO FusionHDTV 5 Lite for $99 or so...two people I know have it, and it works great for them. There are of course more expensive HDTV tuner cards (like the one I have :p), but the Fusion 5 Lite is a great value, I think. Are there any specific features you're looking for?

Only feature I need is over the air HD tuning (I'll have to buy an antennae). I don't have an HD receiver, but several channels in my area have OTA HD feeds.

I'll do a little research on the fusion you suggested.

Yeah, that card will work great for watching OTA HDTV (and recording it, if you have the hard drive space for it :p), as long as you get a good signal.
