Budget HD PCI (or PCIe) cards?

Any budget High Def PCI (or PCIe) tuner cards worth buying yet?

No PCI-E cards yet that I know of...in PCI, there's the DVICO FusionHDTV 5 Lite for $99 or so...two people I know have it, and it works great for them. There are of course more expensive HDTV tuner cards (like the one I have ), but the Fusion 5 Lite is a great value, I think. Are there any specific features you're looking for?

Only feature I need is over the air HD tuning (I'll have to buy an antennae). I don't have an HD receiver, but several channels in my area have OTA HD feeds.

I'll do a little research on the fusion you suggested.

Yeah, that card will work great for watching OTA HDTV (and recording it, if you have the hard drive space for it ), as long as you get a good signal.
