Budget Gaming, Mobo selection help

Alright, first off I'm a poor college stupid looking to build a decent gaming computer. The poor part of my title is making this rather hard.

I've been given a PowerColor ATI X800GT Video Card from my prof. and a AMD 64bit X2 4200+ from my uncle.

Now what I'm having trouble with is finding a motherboard that will be compatible for these 2 parts. If someone can throw out some good suggestions, that will be very appreciated. I'm looking to spend < $100.

There's plenty of good boards for less than $100. Biostar makes an sli version for only $79.95, while chaintech has a non sli for around $54. Both prices are from newegg, and both boards are nforce 4 chipset for pci-e only. I use an Ecs kv2 lite with via k8t800 pro chipset for my agp card, and it works fine (also about $80 at Fry's).

I put an Abit KN8 board in my wife's computer. It is a decent Nforce4 chipset socket 939 board (no Ultra or SLI). Cost about $82 at Newegg and it does decent in overclocking and so far have had no problems (1½ months). Pretty easy to get set up and no quirks that I know of.

Chaintech and Epox are also good choices for under $100, just find one with the features you want (sometimes they have a regular and Ultra versions).
