Budget Computer. Is this any good?

Ok, my parents are in dire need of a new pc. They have a pentium II, 266mhz with a 4mb video card, so dire mite even be too nice of a word. but anyways, all the computer will be used for is the internet, word processing, and my sister will probably play the occasional game (no fps or anything). Here is the setup I have been thinking, with prices including shipping from newegg.com

ECS K7SA MOBO = $65
Duron 900MHZ CPU (OEM) = $46
Crucial PC133 128MB RAM = $27
Enlight 7237 Case = $62
Geforce 2 MX 400 = $65
Creative Lab Internal 16x DVD = $67
20 GB HD (7,200 RPM) - $80
Teac Disk Drive = $13

==== $425

The couple things I question are,

1: Should I get a cheaper case/psu, because $62 on a $400 computer seems kinda high (or am I naive?)
2: The HD also seems high priced. I only need 5400RPM, but this unit was only $5 more than that version. Any other reccomendations? Also, 20GB is fine. We are on dial-up.
3: The cpu is OEM, so what else do I need to buy? A Heatsink? and if so, what kind. +++Note, no overclocking will ever be done.

Thanks in advance and merry x-mas to everyone.

sorry for bumping myself, but even if I don't get any answers about the setup, could someone comment on the heatsink ?

that system is fine, you might be able to pick up a cheaper case/psu locally, a generic one, but thats not too bad, for hsf .. why not just get a retail box cpu and be done with hit? for hd, sure just look on pricewatch for some cheaper 20gig's .. good luck ..

[edit] just looked at your setup again, you could save about 20 bucks on the DVD if you get the Lite-On LTD-163, its about 50bucks on pricewatch, and its the ATAPI DVD leader over at StorageReview [/edit]

$5 probably isn't worth the hard drive downgrade.
Yes a heatsink is needed, any approved one will do, I would try and pick out one with a fan that's as quiet as possible (don't know which that'd be from the newegg selection).
I think you need to buy a modem (AFAIK the K7SA has onboard sound+NIC but no modem). I'd pick the Zoom v.92 modem that goes for $22.

Case does seem pricey but it's fine. It looks like it's the lowest priced one with a nice power supply and is a nice case overall.

It looks like you're doing individual shipping prices?

It should come out a bit cheaper when you actually order the parts together I think.

I built a similiar but better system for a little more about a month ago.

Here's wut i got for $475 total at newegg.com:

shuttle ak31A KT266a mobo w/onboard sound
athlon 1ghz 266fsb OEM (mines overclocked to 1.3ghz at 45c)
Volcano 6cu with artic silver II paste applied
crucial 256MB pc2100(I ordered this direct for $29.92, I got it when it was cheap😉)
Visiontek Xtasy Geforce 2 gts-v 32mB ddr (good overclocked)
seagate barracuda 40GB 7200RPM

Thanks for all the help. I don't need a new modem, cuz I'm gonna take out the one they already have in the old pc.
