Budget build conroe boards

I am at newegg.com using their compare products and it looks like all of these boards are close. I am not OC'ing so i dont put tons into that, but I like that the gigabyte has the same bios as the DS3, the intel looks solid for the price, but does the audio match the gigabyte. I guess having an SLi would be nice, but i dont know if i i will ever add the second card...

If you get the intel board and you plan on using 800MHz ram, make sure it's 1.8V.

I'd wait for reviews of that Asus board before buying.
