Budget and wait?

Would you purchase a budget computer now and wait for PCIE and DDR2 to mature then purchase a power pc?

Or purchase a power pc now and forget the budget pc?

I'd suggest doing what your budget allows.. as there is always something newer,faster,better around the corner..gl
