Budget 775 Mobo w/ Integrated graphics

I'm building a 400$ PC, so I don't care much about performance - I'm gonna pop an e2180 in there with 2 gig ram if you need to know. I don't have much experience with mobos with integrated graphics, but anything that runs Vista Aero is fine. Integrated audio is also a must. As cheap as possible, while ensuring good quality.
Any ideas?

I honestly don't think there ARE any good s775 integrated chips. If I'm wrong I hope someone would correct me.

My recommendation would be to get a cheap 3450 graphics card. Pretty sure those can be found for ~$25.

For the mobo, unfortunately I don't know any intel boards cheaper than the $90 P35-DS3L.

eVGA 630i w/ 7150 onboard

This is the mATX board I was looking at for my HTPC. The 7150 is just a bit faster than the 7100, but I would honestly suggest the first upgrade be the video and go with ... anything ... either a 2600HD or a 7600GT.

Hi everyone, thanks for all the advice, I'd just like to reiterate that I need the bear minimum. I'd be fine with a GMA 3000 if it meant saving 10$ on the board - although GMA X3000 is nicer to have if it's 5$ or so more.

It sucks for overclocking, but the ASRock Wolfdale-1333 board is under $50. It's a 945GC chipset, two ram slots for dual-channel DDR2, and it has a PCI-E x16 slot on it for upgrades. But overclocking the FSB overclocks the PCI-E bus and whatever else too (although not the PCI bus I don't think).

I have two ECS 945GCT-M/1333 I got for free with a Fry's deal. They work solidly, though I think they may have performance issues with games, but since you're using on-board video it shouldn't be a problem.
If you visit the FS/FT forums you can probably get one for $30 or less.

Newegg has a PCCHIPS 945gc board for around $30 after rebate plus shipping. Pcchips are the lowest of the low as far as quality. But my brother used one for years on his old k6. There's no overclocking on these boards, but you can use the "pin mod" with copper tape or rear window defroster repair kit solution. My e4300 works great with the 1066 mod.
