Budget 19 LCD ?

I just purchased the Rosewill R912E. It's similar to the one you posted, but comes without built-in speakers, which I personally think looks better. Besides, built-in speakers are generally pretty crappy.

I am extremely happy with the LCD. The picture it produces is quite breathtaking, and really vibrant. I didn't experience any of the issues that some of the reviewers on the product had (e.g. bouncing box throughout BIOS).

Only issue with 19" LCDs is the larger dot pitch (1280x1024 covering 19", as opposed to 1280x1024 covering 17"). It's noticeable to me, and I'm sure I would have been happier with a 20" @ 1600x1200, but that was out of my budget range.

Oh yeah... no dead pixels! woohoo! hehe

Thanks marshallb for your reply. I just noticed that the benq has the following in it specs:
16.2 million with dithering

I assume dithering is bad. Maybe i should opt for the rosewill. I have just been happy with benq stuff up to this point and i heard benq lcd are highly rated.

(All the cheaper ones use TN panels, which are 6-bit and all employ dithering.) I'd recommend Samsung 940B.

The VA902b is a nice monitor even without dvi, but at that price its not worth it, try talking it down to $220. If not it seems your on a budget so i would recommend you go with the FP91G+.

Well actually it is a new monitor sealed in the box. I don't think he will drop it any. With what im looking at should i really be concerned if it doesn't have DVI? THe BenQ had DVI but i heard viewsonic are suppose to be damm nice LCD's

If you like widescreens, get the Xerox 19" from Office Depot.
With cash back and coupon, it came out to ~$275 delivered for me 😀
