Bubbles in my T-Line.

2nd day with my watercooling up and running. My system is completely bled and air free except for the T-Line. There are a lot of bubbles still attached to the sidewalls of the tubing. I've tried flicking the side of the tubing and squeezing it, but these are no normal bubbles!

Will they go away with time?

I have never used a T-line but from what I hear it can take days (maybe even weeks) to fully bleed. Imatrout uses a T. I am sure he will pop in and be able to answer your question.

Nice, correct assumption. Two days is not nearly long enough for all the bubbles to come out of a system, expecially the radiator. You may find that during a span of a few weeks the water in the t-line will slowly decrease. That's all the little bubbles here and there, which you can't see or hear, slowly being filtered out of the system. As for getting the air bubbles off the t-line wall, why don't you just take a rod of some sort and wriggle it around inside of the t-line, rather than trying to knock them off from the outside? 😛

Well I have done that for a little while, progress was too slow though. I'll see what comes of them after a few weeks.

You don't state if you added any thing to your water aka waterwetter or something like it. Did you? If not, you might want to. Cuts down on the growth of nasties.

85/15 water and dex-cool.

A T-line set-up can be tricky. If you don't have it plumbed correctly, you may never get all the bubbles out. I would suggest having the intersection of your main-line and the T as high as possible. Set it up so as to have the intersection be at the top of an arc (highest piont). If this doesn't work, you might want to consider a res. Danger Den has a new one that is specifically designed to eliminate bubbles. Good luck.

Ok this may sound stupid, but what is a T-line?

Go to Dangerden's web site and click on the fillport. There you will see a pic of what one looks like. It's right befor the intake on the pump.
