I'm flying down to Marathon Key tomorrow until Wednesday for a guys trip and will be partaking in the following:

Working. I manage the concessions (which is really funny if you've been reading my posts in another thread) at the local city beach resort. It's our final weekend because the summers are short here in North Idaho and we have to blow out the remainder of our inventory. Should be fun. I might have to start paying folks to eat ice cream.

My real vacation starts the week after and runs until almost Thanksgiving. Since the weather is still warm I'm going to swim in the lake, try to figure out where the fall bass go (deeper waters I believe) and get ready for hunting season. Maybe do a little fall camping as well or work in a three day motorcycle cruise before the weather turns.

BBQ, grilling, more BBQ. Do some kayaking on the Chattahoochee river. Maybe go people watch at Dragon Con that's happening downtown. Decided to stay home for Labor Day since the weather in Atlanta this weekend is supposed to be better than the Florida coasts.

I NEVER go anywhere except maybe around town on holiday weekends. WAY too many stupid people driving WAY too fast, trying to get somewhere in too short of a time...so they can have fun for a day, then drive way too fast home...drunk.
