I'm trying to generate a bt.601 RBG 565 digital video signal but I can't tell if it's working or not because I can't decode it. Does anyone know of a simple converter box or dev kit or something that can take in bt.601 either as LVDS or an 8-bit with Hsync and Vsync parallel interface and output to a TV or monitor? I can't seem to find anything...
