Bst 24" for the price?

So I'm looking for a new monitor, but it's hard to find a good single place for info on a large selection of monitors. So that's why I'm here! If you guys could help me, so far I'm looking at the Dell U2410 or 2412. But really, I'd love a (highest to lowest)

16:10
IPS
High color gamut
120hz
10 bit color

Panel. Obviously >=24" at the highest res and quality possible. Would appreciate it if it was <=$600

I'd vote for the 2410, its more expensive than the 2412 for a reason as its a better IPS panel. I like the more industrial looks of the Asus PA248Q but I heard a lot of mixed reports about build issues, most notably flickering.

I flick between a 30" PVA and 120Hz TN for games and for fast action shooters its above anything else out there. However if I could only choose 1 monitor i'd go for a high quality 24" 16:10 IPS monitor and put up with 60Hz as for 80% of my computer usage is in 2D desktop apps and having that IPS panel just improves the quality of your computer experience.
