System is Athlon XP 2700+
Shuttle MATX Nforce 2 board
256X2 Corsair Value Select PC 3200 in Dual Channel
WD800JB HDD
PSU is a Powmax 430 (POS)

Any idea's? besided Faulty RAM.

Someone around here can interpret the dump from a crash. Hopefully they will chime in. You may also want to post your power supply brand/model and OS specs.

BSOD causes:
1. Bad RAM
2. Bad PS
3. Bad driver (installed any software lately?)
4. Others I'm sure.

I tested my Antec TP330 on the rig and still got the BSOD's, I individually tested both RAM sticks and same BSOD's.

Any more idea's?

Going to Reinstall XP and see if that helps.
