I consistently get bluescreens while playing GTA 5, usually after about 5-20 minutes in game. This issue has also occured while playing Total War Rome 2.
The bluescreen errors I've received, according to BlueScreenView:
- SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
- DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
- PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
- KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
- IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
- SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
Here's what I've tried so far:
- Fully removing and reinstalling graphics drivers
- Rolling back drivers to previous version
- Updating BIOS
- Memtest (No errors)
- Memtest86+ (No errors)
- Driver Verifier (12 hours with no bluescreen, but bluescreened when I tried to restart)
- sfc /scannow (No verification issues)
- chkdsk /f /r
- Tweaking.com Windows Repair
- Malwarebytes virus scan
- Uninstalling Avast antivirus
- Setting manual page file size (400 - 12000)
- Disabling and re-enabling page file
