BSOD's w/GF2 GTS

I have a Creative Geforce 2 GTS 32meg. Since installed, I have tried the stock drivers from the disc, and the newest ones from Creative. Also tried ref. 618's from Nvidia.
My system was rock stable with my Viper II on everything I played. I mostly play UT, and my Viper's performance smokes this GF2 so far.
I do have 2 Voodoo 2's in SLI, but they won't run UT in 1024x728 fast enough.
I am getting the dreaded blue screen quite often. I can't even run Age of Empires 2.
Finally got AOE2 to run by backing the graphics accelerator slider in sys/properties,performance,graphics back to "no acceleration"
If I turn it up to either of the two higher notches, the blue screens come back. UT won't even run at all.

Anyone? (before I sell this damn thing and put my Viper back in)

Just a thought... take the Voodoo`s out. Also is this problem happening at default speed or are you OC`ing???
