BSODs galore!!

I have finally gotten win98se installed and my PC, and its giving me BSD every 3-5 min, depedning on what i do. If i install anything, it dies, if i run sfc, it dies. Its driving me nuts.

Here are my stats

a7v 1002 BIOS
320 megs of ram
leadtek 2 GTS 64 megs
12GB HDD
SB live platinum

So where does my problem lie? I would search for it on my own, but the computer will just crash in a few seconds, so i cant.

is it over clocked?if yes set to normal.if no remove all but the basic things needed for boot.1 stick ram no h/d just vid card and a drive floppy,no sound card.if it still wont run then narrow it down further.Also check/swap out power supply.

Hmmmmmm Was the OS installed while Overclocked? If so, that may be the issue.......
