BSOD !!!!!!!

OS? (Windows 2000 Pro, Server; Windows XP Pro, Home; etc)
Error on blue screen?
Recent software installed (SP3...)?
 
Winxp professional sp1

Error on blue screen saying soemthing about something trying to write to a read only file. Recently installed ATi control panel for cat 3.0 but I uninstalled it because it gave me troubles. Happened while I was highlighting mp3's to queue em in media player.
