Yeah I know the card is old 😱 but I'm trying to help another person with their card but I don't have access to sit in front of it and play with it. He just got an SB16 going from an (IBM Mwave) the PC is an IBM Aptiva *blah*. Anyhow while trying to detect and install drivers for the SB16 this error comes up
0028:ccAB87F0 in VXD CTPCI9x(01)+00038FDO
as a fatal exception. Trying to remove the sb16pci drivers from windows gives an error in the uninstall shield saying the files might be corrupt and will not be removed.
Any suggestions? I'm not the best person at giving phone tech support but I'd like to help him out since I helped him on his purchase I feel that I need to make sure he's happy. 😀
