BSOD WinXP IRQ not less... (Moving Large Files over SIS735 IDE bus causing it?)

Evening all

My sys is 1G 266 Athlon/ECSK7S5A/512 Crucial DDR/Fortissimo 2/GF2 GTS Pro 21.83
Running WIn XP with all of the latest updates
SIS 1.07
SISide enabled


When Trasfering Large files 500+mb from my Maxtor 40gb to my IBM 45GB I get the IRQ not less than BSOD without fail.
The Drives are on IDE 0 (DMA Enabled mode 5) Master and slave respectivly.

Watching the Files trasfer over My memory drops @ an alarming rate until i bluescreen

Any help would be appreciated
LMK if any more info is needed
 
running through my own trouble shoot just flashed latest bios
will run it through its tests
