BSOD - win32k.sys. a couple memdumps posted

I think the problem is the video card, but I don't have a back up to test, and I'm not really interested in spending money on a new one, only to find out it's something else causing the system to poop. I'm not sure what the BSOD error message was for the other dump files, I wasn't around this PC then. Person who owns it, tells me it crashes sometimes when playing games, she tried a couple different games with the same problem (crashes to desktop, not BSOD) that's why I'm thinking it's the video card...

PC stats:

MSI NF2 MB
Duron 1100 mhz CPU
1x512 Corsair XMS PRO PC3200
Seagate 200 gig HD
Radeon 9800 Pro 128 megs.

I ran Memtest with zero errors. Tried to run prime95 but it pooped out with a "hardware failure" error. Ran it twice, happened 1 minute into the first time, and 4 the second. doesn't look like the logs it creates give you any information?

Nothing is overclocked, temps seem ok. CPU's around 45, system's around 35.

Minidumps rar'ed up

should have made myself more clear in the previous post, Memtest was ran 3 hours on this pc, but it was like a month ago. Running it right now, going to let it go all night.

Ran Prime95 torture, it gave me a "hardware error" after a minute. I put a Geforce 4 card I know is good (thinking it was the 9800 Pro causing the prime95 error) and both times I re-ran it with the GF4 it crashed within seconds 🙁

If Memtest comes up in the morning still showing zero errors, what's the best way to test a CPU? If it's not the video card, or memory it has to be the cpu or MB. Dunno how accurate it is, but pcalert is showing my 5/12v on the PSU as being 5.01 11.91 to 12 on the nose.

any other suggestions anyone>>

Your voltages seem okay.
I'd suspect the motherboard or CPU.
Check the motherboard capacitors for any signs of bulging, leaking etc, especially at the top.

Do you have another CPU you can try? Maybe another motherboard you can drop that CPU in?

going to go pick up a new heatsink, got a spare MB and a 2500+ CPU to test out. Hopefully it's one of those 2 things, can't think of anything else. Well, PSU maybe *shrug*

Mess around with AGP aperture/fast writes.

P.S. Wait nm, if Prime95 gives you errors then it's probably not your video card. I'm thinking part of the CPU is defective.

it was the CPU, strange but, this CPU tests fine on a different MB, but on this one it's a no go. I put in a 2500+ chip and ran prime95 overnight with no problems.
