BSOD while trying to make a DOS box full screen

Hi,

I have an athlon 1.2G pc with win2k, ECS K7VZA mb and Geforce 2 MX video card.
It works very well, except one problem - I have BSOD while trying to make a DOS box full screen (I hit Alt-Enter for this).
I suspect the problem must be the drivers.
I am using the latest drivers: 4 in 1 v4.37 and Nvidia 23.11.
I have this problem only after I did a clean install with new drivers. The old setup with older drivers (VIA v 4.32 and Nvidia 12.41) worked ok.
Can I downgrade the drivers to the older version ?
What is the recommended set of drivers for my system?

Is this anandtech approved driver ?
I found version 21.83. What is 21.83s? Is it just a typo?
