Question Bsod while idling

When I game I experience no bsods. I tested it by playing for 4 hours straight and it didn’t bsod. But when I open chrome or leave the pc idling on the desktop it bsods. I’ve tested the ram, installed new drivers, and performed a clean install but I still have these issues. What might the issue be?

Bsod errors always point to ntoskrnl.exe

Are you running any negative vcore offsets, LLC settings, and do you have newest 1.0.0.3ABBA AGESA BIOS?

What is your setting for Idle Current and Global C-States? Might have to set those to "Normal" and "disabled".

I only had bsod on idle with my b450 tomahawk non-max and ryzen 3600. I RMA'd the mobo and cpu and they replaced the cpu. Everything works fine now with default settings. I advice you do the same. Good luck!
