BSOD when using Nvidia's LAN port

I have been using my Yukon Marvell LAN port lately, but have been having some connection issues with BF2. I decided to run my connection through the Nvidia LAN port to see if that would help.

It didn't work out so well. I get BSoD's when I try to connect to anything (games, Internet) home network included.
I have installed the latest drivers from Nvidia and the latest offical bios from DFI.

One thing I know that is goofy with the software is the crummy Nvidia Firewall and Network Access Manager. I can't update it NOR can I uninstall either. If it were truely a problem with either of those, I would think that it would cause hangups with the Marvell port as well.

Any ideas on this one?
