BSOD when exiting TC's HAWX on Vista64

It happens only with DX10 mode.
Playing the game itself is just fine only when exiting out of the game.
I get an instant BSOD every time.
Updated to latest driver didn't seem to do much good.
DX9 is a no issue, in case you wonder.
Whose fault is it?
Nvidia or Ubisoft?
